Armando X. Estrada, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Washington State University Vancouver with expertise in manpower and personnel issues ranging from assessment of job attitudes and behaviors; training development and evaluation; and strategic planning, research and evaluation. His primary research examines how organizational climate and culture influence job, health, and psychological outcomes of individuals in civilian and military organizations.
